Below is only what HoneyChat says about itself on its own pages as of September 29, 2026, plus a look at search results on the same date. Other people's words are credited to their source.
Who writes the HoneyChat "reviews"
Search "honeychat reviews" on Yandex, Russia's main search engine, and look at the addresses, not the headlines. In late September 2026 the top six looked like this:
- The service's own blog, with a post about three months on the Premium plan.
- A site labeled "unofficial" whose buttons lead to HoneyChat checkout through an affiliate link.
- An app on Google Play with a similar word in its name, unrelated to the service.
- Another unofficial site with affiliate links.
- An app on RuStore (a Russian app store) with a similar name, with no confirmed link to HoneyChat.
- A post on vc.ru, a popular Russian tech blog platform, by the service's creator about how he builds it.
Not one of the six counts as an independent review. That doesn't make the service bad, it just means the "reviews" here are largely advertising. On Trustpilot it had 4.5 stars from 28 reviews at the end of September, and one of the affiliate sites wrote that you get coins for leaving a Trustpilot review. We couldn't verify that, but it's worth keeping in mind.
A simple filter: if a "reviews" page has a button that goes straight to checkout, you're looking at an ad. That holds for any service, not just HoneyChat.
HoneyChat plans as of September 2026
Numbers from the service's pricing page on September 29, 2026:
- Free: 0 rubles20 messages a day and 3 AI images.
- Basic: 380 rubles60 messages a day, 10 photos, voice messages.
- Premium: 750 rublesUnlimited messages, 30 high-quality photos, voice, video, "deep memory."
- VIP: 1,500 rubles80 photos, voice cloning and the full 18+ content level.
- Elite: 3,000 rubles150 higher-quality photos and "the best model."
- Ultimate: 7,500 rubles250 photos, 32 videos a month and the strongest language models they list.
The key thing about this ladder: the ads promise "uncensored 18+" and five levels from romance to explicit, but according to their own table, the full level unlocks at VIP. Basic and Premium don't have it.
Prices don't match across their own pages
In September the homepage said "plans from 430 rubles," while the cheapest paid plan on the pricing page cost 380. The FAQ promised "unlimited messages from 380 rubles," yet in the table Basic at 380 is capped at 60 messages a day, and unlimited starts at Premium. Most likely the pages were just updated at different times. Pay based on the price and limits you see in the checkout window, not in a headline.
How you pay: Stars, CryptoBot, cards
The service lives in Telegram as a bot and a mini app, so the main payment method is Telegram Stars. According to their description, Russian cards and SBP (Russia's fast payment system) go through Stars. The second route is crypto via CryptoBot. The homepage also separately mentions SBP and Mir, Visa and Mastercard cards. The service's pages don't name a legal entity or country.
Where to find a HoneyChat promo code
The official sources are the service's blog, which has a post about promo codes, and its Telegram channel. The same blog mentioned 25% off an annual plan and 70% off the annual plan for new users within the first 24 hours after signing up. Check the terms in the checkout window. English-language coupon sites with "85% OFF" have nothing to do with the service.
Where HoneyChat is stronger
- Chatting right inside Telegram, no separate site needed.
- A low entry price: Basic for 380 rubles, if 60 messages a day is enough.
- 20 free messages every day.
- Voice cloning on VIP and video starting with Premium.
- An interface in about 30 languages and strong models on the top plans.
What to check before you pay
- The price in the checkout window: 380, 430 or something else.
- The message limit on your plan: 60 a day or unlimited.
- What you're paying for. If it's explicit content, count from VIP.
- The final amount in rubles: Stars add an extra step between your card and the service.
- Who's selling. No legal entity is named, so decide whether you're comfortable with that on an annual plan.
- Where the review comes from: an affiliate "pay" button on the page is a sign of an ad.
About "cracked HoneyChat with free VIP": the server tracks your limits, and a mod only changes what's on your phone screen. Why that's a bad deal is covered in our piece on cracked versions of AI chats. And if what matters most is where your chats are stored and who can see them, read about the privacy of AI chats.
If you'd rather keep your chats out of your messenger
Not everyone likes having a character chat sitting in Telegram between the work chat and the family chat. my-idol.ru runs in the browser: open a tab, close it, and nothing's left in your messenger's chat list. The characters reply in English or Russian, whichever you choose, from heroes of anime, movies and books to original characters with hooks like Troy or Logan Reeves. They remember the conversation, and you can listen to replies by voice. Plans are in rubles, and you pay without Stars. You can bring several heroes into a group chat and build your own in the builder. A comparison of different services by the same criteria is in the best AI chats in Russian.
